One big thing that I keep coming back to is how accelerated evolution will be in Africa. Advanced culture has only recently come there putting sexual selective pressures on their head. Couple that with enormous birth rates and disease ravages like HIV and you really have a hot bed of immense change (even though 'immense' is still at a snail's crawl). From tribe to metropolis, what will the effects be over the next few hundred or thousand years?
